1.5oz Chambord
0.75oz Vodka
1oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Lemon Twist
Separate egg white, add to shaker (toss yolk, or keep for something else)
Add the other liquid ingredients and shake without ice until foamy
Add ice and shake to chill
Strain into coupe glass
Garnish with lemon twist
